Refunds and Cancellations

Training Cancellations

Dog owners must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the start of a scheduled training session in order to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

In-Person Training Sessions:

• Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $35 rescheduling fee.
• If the cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 4 hours of the session, a $70 rescheduling fee will apply.

Virtual Training Sessions:

• Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $20 rescheduling fee.

Refunds

Refunds may be requested for unused training sessions within 30 days of the purchase date.
For customers who purchased a lifetime package and request a refund after using some of their training credits, the value of the used credits will be deducted from the refund as follows:

• $120 for each in-person session used
• $40 for each virtual session used
• $70 for each specialized session used

Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds will not be issued beyond 30 days from the date of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please contact our support team at support@dogacademy.org for assistance or questions.
