Hi. Let me tell you about Peebles. Brother & sister showed up at my door last year. They were about 3-5 months old and were homeless. We quickly found out that they were abused and neglected. They were scared of people, noise and cars. They're ribs were also showing. We gave them food, water, love and attention. I have grandkids, so Peebles took to them and us quickly. Peebles has blossomed into a wonderful personality, she loves everyone and wants to show love and receive love. She gets excited when she sees children and other dogs. She barks and growls at first with new people and dogs but has never attacked or bitten anyone or another dog. She walks well with a harness and is still slightly timid around moving cars but will walk on the sidewalk near roads. She really needs a home with a yard where she can run free and play. She's been fixed and has all of her shots. She'd be a great family dog with kids. I want to keep her but can't afford to.
