Meet Sweet Pea! Sweet Pea was recently surrendered to us with her sister when their owner could no longer care for them. Sweet Pea is a sweet natured, sensitive soul hoping to find her perfect furever family. Sweet Pea has previously spent her life as an outside dog, so she is looking for a patient family that will help her learn the ropes of household life. Sweet Pea is shy with strangers and will take some time to warm up to her new family. But once she is comfortable with you, Adele is as sweet and affectionate as they come! She is still a young pup, so training and structure will go a long way to teach her potty training and general household manners. She is a nervous girl in the chaotic shelter environment, so she would benefit from positive reinforcement based training and socialization to help boost her confidence. Sweet Pea previously lived with other dogs. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Sweet Pea home.
